What do the configuration options mean?

In the configuration of BT there are 3 options:

Normal: In this mode the TRV internal temperature sensor is fixed by the external temperature sensor.
Aggresive: In this mode the TRV internal temperature sensor is fixed by the external temperature sensor but set much lower/higher to get a quicker boost.
AI Time Based: In this mode the TRV internal temperature sensor is fixed by the external temperature sensor, but the value is calculated by a custom algorithm to improve the TRVs internal algorithm.

Can anybody explain what excactly "internal temperature sensor is fixed by the external temperature sensor" in normal and aggressive mode means?

I understand the AI mode. The others I don't understand.

The reason why I am asking is that my Fritz DECT 301 have a delay of max. 15 minutes between sending commands from BT to the TRV. And I am wondering what is the best option for configuration.
