Update readmes and repos, to include logos, badges, and cleaning.

  • Brand and communication is much more aligned

  • Improved branding (add logo to repo)
  • Improve language (mirror the carrot.ac.uk language)
  • Add carrot.ac.uk link out
  • Remove changelog
  • Remove pr template
  • Update labeller workflow
  • Badges for:
    • Tests passing
    • Release
    • License
