What problem or use case are you trying to solve?
NPM is really slow when installing dependencies.

Describe the UX of the solution you'd like
Add bun to the runtime, so the user can just prompt the agent to use bun instead of npm.

Basically the same thing as using mamba vs conda, but they didn't recommend the same for uv vs pip which is weird. https://github.com/All-Hands-AI/OpenHands/blob/main/Development.md
