The current dropdown for playback speed has a scroll bar in it, and is overall very cramped. The problem may stem from having too many speed options.

This UI is coming from video.js. We can either

  • hack the CSS to do a better job
  • contribute upstream to video.js
  • reduce the default number of playback speeds
