Along with the old video element, there should be a <track> element as well. Pick up this element and somehow make videojs aware of these subtitles.
A cherry on top would be a setting that lets users auto use subtitles if they are available. Work for this is pending as of now, so even if we can get subtitle support in, that would be pretty good.
Settings are now implemented.
